By the end of Tuesday, Haleh’s time in prison will be over. Iranian authorities have stated they would release Haleh as soon as a $ 333,000 USD bail was posted. Although the terms of the bail are unknown, Haleh’s husband Shaul Bakhash expressed his relief at this new development:

I feel extremely good. It has been a very anxious several months. Now we hope she will not only be released from prison but allowed to come back home
